Archive 1997 -2003
I have been running my website since I returned home from Israel in 1997, where I was on Young Judaea Year Course. Over the years (especially my earlier years as a webmaster), I have created a lot of content. Some of it influential to all of society, some of it silly. All of it creative, as only I can do.

And now, for the first time ever, I will attempt to provide the most detailed archive of everything I have put on the web in the past six years. Enjoy!

Duke
Duke is the world's cutest dog. Therefore, I want the whole world to see him in all of his furry glory!
http://www.ian-ian.com/duke

Upside Down Hall of Fame
One of the earliest features of my website, I had a hall of fame with upside down photos of inductees. In fact, I still do, maybe you're the newest member!
http://www.ian-ian.com/hall

Kittie
Chris, you may want to avoid this one. These are pictures of a summer evening in 2000, when we attempted to get into a sold out Kittie show at Irving Plaza, but failed miserably, and got dinner instead.

The Meaning of Life
This one is self explanatory. Discover for yourself what the meaning of life is.

MIA
I've lost contact with some of you. I've found some of you since, while others, like you, Jed, still have not got back in touch with me. Here's the return of my oh so wonderful lost and found page.

Phish Extra Ticket Board - Fall Tour 2000.
I run a board for people with extra tickets for Phish shows. I saved a copy of all the requests from their fall 2000 tour, before they took a two year hiatus. I hope you enjoy some of these crazy offers!

Phish Stats as of 2000.

Poetry
I used to keep a journal and write poetry. I've since stopped, but my writings have lit my creative fire for years. Here's a sampling of what I have written.

Rabin Tribute
In 2000, I had a splash page commemerating the 5th anniversary of the assassination of former Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin. The words to "Ein Li Eretz Acheret" in English and Hebrew were a powerful touch.

Realignment
I devised plans to realign Major League Baseball and the NBA. Didn't happen. Oh well.

Sametpalooza 2000
It was no Naavastock, but I made a page announcing Josh Samet's trip to the NYC metro area for the millenium.
http://www.ian-ian.com/samet

Saratoga
I once took a bus from NYC back to Plattsburgh. Instead of stopping halfway in Albany, it made its hour break in Saratoga. I wrote something when I was there and had it as my front page for a while, confusing some people as they thought I lived in Saratoga.

Send Me Money .com
I always am looking for new ways to make money. I thought that I could convince people to send me money through the net. Oh well. Check out both of these pages.

Bring Snapple to Israel
Another classic from 1997. I just spent a year in Israel, with minimal contact with Snapple. I wanted to share the enjoyment that we in the US have had for years. And you know what? They listened. Snapple is in Israel, and its all because of my outstanding efforts.

My Tapelist
Only a few years ago, the way to get live recordings from the shows of my favorite bands was to trade tapes through the mail. However, CD-Rs have become the medium of choice, and I still don't have a burner. Thank you for the fact that B&Ps still exist!

In 1999, I spent about a month travelling around the country. I called it Ianwheel. I've been meaning for years to make a detaiiled website about my journeys, but it never materialized. Here is what I have. Maybe one day I'll have the time and money to do another Ianwheel.........

WWF
In September 2000, WWF (now known as WWE) moved its flagship program, Raw Is War (now known as RAW) from USA to TNN. TNN was not on the campus cable system at Plattsburgh State. Therefore, I started a one man campaign to get TNN on campus. I made flyers which I placed all over campus, getting the attention of those in charge, as well as escalating interest by pro wrestling fans at Plattsburgh State. We got our Raw back!
